Job Description:Hunting for new business opportunities inShanghai region, responsible for the related segment market growth; Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned customers.,Working closely with Project, Segment team to implement the business strategy; Conduct regular customer call and visit for project and production follow up and problem solve; work with Sales Technical Support team for technical issueHandle business contract review, negotiate with external customers and segment on pricing and terms Provide regular status report to management on customer visit, sales forecast, project growth plan, market situations;Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company product and capabilities, assist to promote company new products; provide market feedback and competitor information to managementFulfil continuous improvement plan on inventory and A/R control, working with internal teams for the payment collections, inventory controls, customer visits, etc;Other jobs assigned by supervisorRequirements:1-3 years sales experience in Industrial Product, household appliances industry is preferredKnowledge in motor product and application is preferredGood presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of people, including senior management, technical supervisors and engineers Frequently travel is required
